The New Church, a new Christianity, teaches that there is one God, whom we know as the Lord Jesus Christ. We believe that God created the universe and everything in it because He is love itself, and that religion is to be lived, not just believed. The New Church is based on the teachings of the Bible as illuminated by the Heavenly Doctrine, a system of theological teachings which provide an explanation of the Bible's internal meaning, as well as shed light on why we're here and how to develop a functional relationship with God. The teachings of the New Church are immediately practical and deeply spiritual, and help make sense to many questions about God, love and life after death.
The current Ivyland church building was dedicated in December 1992 but the congregation has been around for a longer time before that, meeting in Hatboro, PA. It is our pleasure to continue to serve the Greater Warminster Area today. We offer worship services every Sunday, as well as classes, programs, and community activities.
